Background
Kukkofestival has traditionally been a graduation party for graduating students, for which students have created circus performances. Even though Kukkofestival is no longer held as a graduation party, the tradition of students creating performances has lived on to this day. Annually, first and second year students form groups, solos or duos and create performances during the spring semester, which are then performed at Kukkofestival in the following fall semester.
In addition to the shows created by Salpaus circus artist students, the festival will feature performances by circus professionals, students and enthusiasts at the Opening Gala on Friday and at the Open Stage on Saturday. In addition, youth circuses will perform at the festival with their own shows.

Pricing
The price of one ticket is 2 € / person / show
Please note, that this year the performances Murros and Villahapsuja as well as Onni and Step by Step will be performed together in one time slot. Hence, one ticket includes both performances.
